CUISINE: Little Tony’s offers a variety of Italian and American pizza styles, including Classic Italian, Classic American, Sicilian, New York, Traditional Chicago Cracker Thin (corn meal crust), and Gluten Free. Highlights include Gemignani’s award-winning pizzas such as the Sicilian-style Burratina Di Margherita (Burrata cheese, cherry tomatoes tossed with basil, extra virgin olive oil, and balsamic reduction), which won the Gold Cup Pizza Championships in Leece, Italy; the Cal Italia (Asiago, Mozzarella, imported Gorgonzola, sweet fig preserve, Prosciutto di Parma, Parmigiano-Reggiano, and balsamic reduction), which won the Gold Medal in the Food Network Pizza Champions Challenge; and for the first time offered in Las Vegas and exclusively at Little Tony’s, House Special Chicago Cast-Iron Pizzas, featuring The Dillinger, which won the World’s Best Pizza 2014 at the Las Vegas International Pizza Challenge (smoked Mozzarella, chicken, roasted broccolini, pancetta, crushed red peppers, artichokes, garlic, Alfredo sauce, and three cheese).

Additionally, a selection of pastas, calzones, Stromboli, antipasti, and salads are offered, all with a focus on authentic Italian ingredients and organically-grown produce. All fresh pasta is made on-premises, including Mostaccioli, Fettuccini, Spaghetti, Buccatini, and Vermicelli; as is the Sicilian, Calabrese, and Fennel link and bulk sausages. A highlighted addition to our menu is our fresh hand pulled Mozzarella, which is only available in Little Tony’s Caprese salad (offered all year around). This is our signature salad with Roman sun-bathed tomatoes, Peppadew peppers, Kalamata and Castelvecchio olives, Procuitto Di Parma, Pamigiano Reggiano, basil, and Frantoio olive oil. Little Tony’s also presents the house special Tony’s Triple Crown Lasagna, which is a sampler of our three famous house-made lasagnas: meat, vegetarian, and cheese. Other Italian specialties to expect are Chicken Marsala, Cacciatore, Limoncello, Bone-in Leg & Thigh, and Chicken & Eggplant Parmigiana.

BEVERAGE: Little Tony’s full bar focuses on hand-crafted artisan cocktails, an extensive draft and bottled beer list and a collection of wines with a focus on California and Italy.
